Website Creation Information
YOU agree to provide 100 % of the content, text, photos, product information and any other information needed to create YOUR site and to do so in a timely manner as to not hinder the finishing of YOUR site. You also agree to keep your content updated as regularly as possible so as to keep your SEO in good standing.
YOU agree that we may place a link back to our site at the bottom of your footer, to give us credit for the creation of your website. It will be put there very discreetly. It must remain there if you continue to use the same template we create for you if you dis-continue our services.
YOU agree to pay the down payment for site creation up front, the rest upon completion and the monthly maintenance fee upon site launch if you choose a maintenance plan, by recurring auto-draft. This will be set up at the time of contract signing. If we have reached the end date and the site is not finished due to you not giving ALL of the info, you will still be required to pay the full price.
No refunds on the deposit if we have started work on your site.
